Powder lacquering

Our powder lacquering plant can handle components up to 2 metres in length. It is flexible and can be easily converted to lacquer either large or small components. Pre-treatment takes place in a washing tunnel and via a de-greasing process with 3-stage iron phosphate treatment and drying. Components are sprayed in 4-colour automatic powder booths using friction or static electricity pistols.
After they have been sprayed, components pass through a drying chamber.
